We offer a variety of leasing options, with terms ranging from 6 to 14 months to best suit your needs.

What size apartments does your community offer?

Our community features a diverse range of floor plans including studios (494-579 sq. ft.) one-bedrooms (656-689 sq. ft.), one-bedroom plus den layouts (673-841 sq. ft.) and spacious two-bedroom apartments (979-1,034 sq. ft.).

What utilities, if any, are included in the monthly rent?

While utilities are not included in the base rent, we offer convenient monthly utility packages: $80 for studios, $100 for one-bedrooms, and $135 for two-bedroom residences.

What amenities does your community offer?

​Our community offers premium amenities including a terrace pool with cabanas, grilling stations, a fitness center with a yoga terrace, and a rooftop deck featuring city views and fire pits. Residents also enjoy a sophisticated lounge with billiards, a game room, private conference rooms, monthly social events, and 24-hour concierge services. For our four-legged residents, we provide dedicated indoor and outdoor dog runs along with two dog washing stations.

​On-site parking includes a reserved garage with five electric vehicle charging stations (reserved for resident use), along with dedicated bike parking.

How does your community sort and receive mail/packages?

​All mail and packages are securely sorted into mailboxes or and received through the Luxer Package Management System for easy resident pickup.
