The Indoor Farmers Market at Water Tower Place
Neighborhood Spotlight: Fresh Finds at Water Tower Place
Looking for a perfect Sunday afternoon activity that beats the winter chill? Chicago’s Water Tower Place has teamed up with the South Loop Farmers Market to bring the community a vibrant indoor market experience right on the Magnificent Mile. Every Sunday from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM (running through March 29th), you can head to Level 4 to browse over 75 local and regional vendors. It’s a one-stop shop for everything from farm-fresh produce and artisan cheeses to gourmet meats and preserved vegetables. Beyond the shopping, the market features live entertainment, interactive "foodspiration" zones, and even a kids' play area, making it a fantastic weekend outing for the whole family.

New Vending Machine
We are thrilled to announce that Marlowe just got a little more delicious! Head up to the 15th floor to check out our brand-new vending machine, conveniently located right next to the Flo Water Stations. Whether you're fueling up for a workout or grabbing a late-night snack, the machine makes checkout a breeze—accepting all major credit cards and contactless payments (Apple Pay/Google Pay).

This year’s North Coast Living annual food drive highlights what’s possible when our residents and teams come together with a shared purpose. What begins as a simple act of giving at our properties becomes real nourishment and relief for families in need. It remains one of the most meaningful and impactful initiatives we take part in each year.

🐾 Meet Our Cutie Pet of the Month: Tootsie Roll!
We are absolutely smitten with our latest superstar, Tootsie Roll (or "Toots" to her friends)! Since being adopted from the Anti-Cruelty Center, Tootsie has been living her best life at the Marlowe. This unique "everything bagel" of a pup—boasting a mix of Chihuahua, Schnauzer, Toy Fox Terrier, Dachshund, and Minipin—has spent her first year making fans all over the building. Whether she’s sunbathing by the floor-to-ceiling windows, splashing around during Doggy Dip Day, or hitting the local beach and parks, she’s always the life of the party. These days, you’ll find her rocking her stylish puffy coat for brisk winter walks, followed by a well-deserved nap and a quick stop at the front desk for her favorite snacks.
