They make you subscribe to their crappy internet and don’t advocate for you when it goes down. The internet is down for 2 days and counting currently. Work from homers, good luck. Do not recommend renting here.

Quality of construction is poor. You can hear everything from your neighbors. Overpriced. And internet is terrible and unreliable. It's also very hard to get a hold of anyone in management when there are problems.
