Overall it's a very quiet peaceful neighborhood. Close to shopping and restaurants 15 minutes to the beach. The pool is wonderful. I have enjoyed my first year here.

4.5- The assistance was great with signing the lease and getting ready to move in. Once we moved in, there were some appliance issues and they were fixed promptly. Even let us use a vacant property to do laundry.
