Nathan Veliz

As Vice President of Client Services for Bozzuto Management Company, Nathan Veliz leads client relations and business development across the Denver and Seattle metropolitan areas. Having rejoined Bozzuto, Nathan brings a deep understanding of operational excellence to his role—leveraging his experience to strengthen partnerships and support Bozzuto’s growth.

Before returning, Nathan served as Vice President of Operations for RPM Living, where he oversaw the Mountain West portfolio and guided strategic performance across multiple markets. He has also held leadership positions with Cushman & Wakefield and Related Companies, overseeing high-performing multifamily assets and client relationships nationwide. Earlier in his career, Nathan was a Regional Portfolio Manager for Bozzuto in the Mid-Atlantic, where he helped elevate community performance and resident experience across the region.

Nathan holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a master’s degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Maryland.
