Kara Ryan is the Managing Director and Head of Human Resources for Bozzuto, where she leads the development and execution of the company’s people strategy in support of its culture, performance, and long-term growth.
With more than two decades of experience in human resources strategy, employee engagement, and executive leadership, Kara is responsible for enterprise-wide HR strategy, including talent and leadership development, organizational effectiveness, total rewards, employee relations, and the overall associate experience. Her expertise in building strong leaders and engaged teams is integral to delivering the exceptional service, innovation, and customer experience that define the Bozzuto brand.
Prior to joining Bozzuto, Kara held senior HR leadership roles at McCormick & Company, Under Armour, and IKEA, where she partnered with executive teams to lead large-scale people and organizational initiatives across complex, multi-market environments.
