I've had a really good move-in process with the super friendly team here. Overall this property is good value for the money. It's a smoke-free property but my neighbors smoke a lot which is a huge negative aspect of living here and it seems like the management is trying to fix it but they haven't actually been able to stop it from happening. The trash valet service is kinda expensive but mostly convenient.

The staff are very nice and professional. I’ve only been here for about 2 months so far it’s ok. There are a few things that I don’t care for but hopefully those things will be changed. The apartments are nice and the grounds are well kept. The stairways could definitely use a power wash and trash cans for trash instead of matts.

I went out of town this summer for a wedding and the day I was leaving I was expecting a lot of amazon packages (bought by other people for my third grade classroom from my wish list) and I called the office and asked if I could have the packages delivered there and I would get them when I got back and they asked if I would be okay with them bringing the packages to my unit and setting them inside for me. It was so nice and I’m so so grateful because I had A LOT of stuff delivered that weekend. Such excellent customer service and a really nice thing to do for me. I was very appreciative of it. I feel like this community is a hidden gem. It’s close to pretty much everything you would need. The area isn’t bad and I’ve never felt unsafe. Other apartments with updated features go for $300+ more per month so for me the price was absolutely perfect. It’s also a great area for me because it’s pretty much right in the middle of my job and where a lot of my family and friends live. I genuinely love living here

I've been living at Bend at Broad by Cortland Apartment for couple of month now and so far I have had an awesome experience living in here. My apartment is very beautiful just like the one I tour. It is located in the very nice location close by all the shopping centers and very easy access to the major highways. SARAH in the front office help me in getting the apartment and she made the whole process so smooth. She is very nice, friendly, helpful and informative. She answers all the questions without any hesitation and always reach back to you even in case she misses the call. It was great working with her and I definitely recommend her to everyone.

Sara has been amazing. I asked for a transfer so that i could have hard wood flooring. there was minor miscommunication but they’ve been easy to get in touch with and any concerns were fixed/resolved almost immediately. i already like this apartment more than the one before (side note - the bathroom is larger which is nice) highly recommend.

The bend at broad is a wonderful community to live in. Spacious apartments, parking garage you can rent and outside parking with visitors parking as well. There’s a little playground and a dog park. It’s honestly super peaceful here and it’s near all convenient shopping centers.

This is a pretty nice apartment complex; the units are updated, and have some nice features such as granite countertops, tile backsplashes and laminate floors. JaSherrell was a pleasure to work with through the renting process, and she is proactive in assisting with any help you might need. I feel that we made a good choice in choosing The Bend at Broad.

i’ve only been here about 2-3 weeks but it’s nice so far. i haven’t had any problems and everyone at the leasing office is so nice and helpful. it only took a week to look at the apartment, get approved & sign the lease. i like the valet trash service and haven’t had a problem with parking. one evening someone was blasting music in their car for like two hours, other than that it’s been pretty quiet. all together i like it. totally recommend

I have lived at this apartment complex since May of 2019. The amenities are really nice, especially the valet trash service. The staff in the front office are accommodating and really nice. Most of the staff even know me by name. Although this is not important to most when looking for a place to live, this adds value to the property, in my opinion. When I moved in, Ariana and Austin were in the office (both really lovely and helpful). Most recently I have noticed that Graham, Jordan, and Melissa have been working in the office. They have all been awesome and really helpful - especially during this pandemic. Picking up my packages from the front office went smoothly and the property kept in constant contact about updates and community guidelines during the mandated shut down. I know that when I have an issue, the staff will respond quickly and make sure that the problem is taken care of - whether it be something as simple as a question all the way to maintenance requests. The Bend at Broad has always provided excellent customer service, an efficient and easy move in process, and caring and efficient maintenance. I am always comfortable walking into the office or sending an email with any questions or concerns I have. However, there are tons of unnecessary and excessive fees. We just renewed our lease and our rent went up, the $30 "valet trash fee" for a service that is unneeded and inefficient is still mandatory, an additional $8 trash fee has been added, and there are several "convenience fees" for the online portal and paying rent. All these extra fees add up to about $600 extra a year--I would carry my own trash for that!! At least make these amenities optional so that people who can't take advantage of them (we literally don't generate a bag of trash every day; we're happy to provide a paper check to avoid online payment fees) don't have to pay for them.

I have been residing at Bend at Broad for 2 years and have enjoyed my stay. I found Debbie, Sierra, Steve, and the rest of the team to be compassionate, attentive, responsible, and professional. I loved how timely they were when I needed items in my apt fixed or attended to. Of course I did not always enjoy my neighbors (which is out of management control), however, whenever I had a complaint or issue they were sure to handle it appropriately and effectively. All in all, I highly recommend Bend at Broad to anyone considering it and if for any reason you do not like something about your experience or apt, do not hesitate or be afraid to reach out to management- they will get it right!

This is a excellent first apartment. Siera at the front desk has helped me have the best experience moving in and helping with everything else along the way. Living this close to Kroger is extremely convenient! The inside of the apartment is very nice and the photos definitely match what you get.

Just recently moved in and so far having a great experience with this complex. I had a pretty urgent move in date and they accommodated everything for me as far as my move in day and touring the place. Sierra was amazing and answered all of my questions during the tour and on my move in day! Highly recommend her if you're looking to start a lease with them!

This area is extremely safe to live in and its very quiet. I feel at ease knowing my child and I are safe here. They have been very reasonable with our tardiness on rent and I definitley recommend living here! The maintenance are awesome as well and love the valet trash here.

You feel at home even before moving in. Nice, clean, safe, reliable, beautiful, spacious, peaceful, efficient, affordable, diversified and very accommodating place to live in. The experience at The Bend at Broad has been amazing. The nice apartment community is safe, quiet, and affordable. It comes with a pool, dog park, and garages. All the new interior counter tops and appliances make it even more worth it. The leasing office workers are some of the nicest people and will do whatever they can help to help you with your stay.

I love the staff at The Bend at Broad. Everyone is always friendly. The grounds and landscaping is always well maintained. My maintenance needs are always addressed quickly and promptly. I'm thankful we can have our deliveries go straight to the office in case I'M not home.

Been here for a half a year with my family. The kids like the pool and the playground. My wife loves that it’s by Target and a couple grocery stores that are close. I have a garage rented too so that’s extra storage space or a spot for my car. Jordan the manager and the old employees were really nice and now they have Melissa and Graham who I see when I get my packages. I know they are always there to help.

I’ve liked this apartment since I move here. The workers Jordan, Melissa, Graham have helped me and are nice. They help me set up payment on my phone to pay my rent. The men who come to fix any problem in my apartment are good and show up fast.

I have lived here for 2+ years and I am very satisfied. For me, the best feature is the maintenance staff. When I need a repair in my home, I can put in a ticket online and someone comes, usually within a few hours. This is AWESOME!! Love it here!

I love my complex. I love Jordan more that’s in my leasing office because he is so personable, nice, and he just amazing. When I have any issues he resolves them immediately, every since I moved in I had have NO problems at all.
