The community is great, and I'm glad I chose this place as my short-term rental.. 1. House conditions and maintenance: 5/5 - The unit was thoroughly cleaned upon move-in, and any small maintenance issues were fixed within a few hours after reporting them. 2. Amenities: 5/5 - The resort style gym, clubhouse, grill, and pool; meticulously maintained and always clean. 3. The staff is excellent! 100/5! They made me feel like home right away. Jessica at the leasing office, was exceptionally helpful and kind, and welcoming, and accomodating! She worked around my move-in date changes, helped me move bulky furniture into the unit, and is genuinely caring. After touring a few communities with similar offerings, I think Jessica was one of the reasons for us to choose Cortland after touring. I hope the management team can read this and give Jessica a raise! I haven't met many other staff members yet, but they all seem very friendly and nice.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. All of our work requests have been handled very promptly. The area is clean and so far it has been a joy living there. I appreciate that our son is just 2 miles from Churchill and there is a movie theater and Starbucks right up the street.

Although I selected another property, I'm leaving 5 stars because of the awesome Leasing Professional, Jessica who I worked with to evaluate the place. I met a lot of leasing professionals but Jessica is a nice woman, helpful, goes out of her way to help a client/prospective client out, has excellent follow-through on action items, is quick to respond to questions, and is a true professional. Cortland is fortunate to have someone like Jessica working there and she represents Cortland well as an awesome ambassador.

Cortland Walker Ranch is a wonderful community! I’m a 72 year old widow that has Parkinson’s Disease and Jessica and the other team members at the front office are so nice to me and have welcomed me with open arms. My apartment is lovely and when I have told them I need something, they don’t hesitate with their solutions and helpful attitudes. Me and my kitties love this place! ??

I lived at Cortland Walker Ranch from 2013 to 2018, then moved away for seven years. As soon as I found out my company was moving me back to San Antonio, I immediately contacted Walker Ranch so I could return to this great community! The office staff and maintenance crew are awesome!

Compared to my last apartment, these are far better. Reasonable rent, great amenities, clean and in a safe area. Has a great gym with pretty much everything you need to have to get a good workout in. The front leading office is so helpful. Jessica deserves so much praise, she is very sweet and helpful everytime I’ve seen her.

I would like to say how great this apartment complex is and the staffing here is fantastic! I sold both my houses just to move in here and I’m loving every minute of it. They’re pet friendly which is a major plus for me as well. I was able to bring my cat and dog here too! This apartment has so much to offer from their beautiful pool to their awesome gym they have. Jessica was such a great help getting me moved in right away and I had no issues whatsoever. I recommend this apartment complex out of all the apartments in the area! They can’t compete with Cortland 👍
