Have very much enjoyed my time at cortland, location can’t be beat. Jamie and Michaela in the leasing office have been great and very helpful with lease renewals / transfers / updates about the complex.

Would recommend this place to anyone new in Charlotte. The location can’t be beat, everything is walkable and very accessible including other neighborhoods. Maintenance staff is amazing and responsive. Front desk resolves any issues very quick as well.

The Entire staff is amazing , Jon and Jack from the maintenance team are always there to help and the work orders are always completed and they are so professional, nice and talkative. The office staff is also great Jamie , Mikaela and Madison speak very nicely and always help me with my packages and give my dogs treats whenever I’m walking through . The location is key and Cortland is adding alot of upgrades to the property . I love licing here
