This is such a great place to live. It's safe, the people are welcoming, and they host events. It's a great experience. I enjoy living here. Thoroughly enjoy being a resident here. Huge shout out to Tommie from the maintenance team for coming to fix my door lock on Christmas Eve so I could make it home for the holiday. Seriously nice guy. The complex is generally quiet, clean, and maintained very well. All staff are friendly and the maintenance team responds to requests in record time. Solid choice to a place to live.

Cortland Peachtree Corners is the best!!!! I moved here in March 2022, and the staff and amenities are five star worthy! The kayaking is included in the rent! Plus complimentary lattes!!!! How can you beat it! Tommie does a great job with maintenance too! I had an issue with my sink and bath, but he was able to fix the problem immediately!

Echo Lakeside is a gorgeous, centrally located property with amazing amenities - we're so excited about the saltwater pool! - and an even more wonderful staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Karis was our fantastic leasing agent and she went above and beyond to assist us from start to finish; Cashmere also helped to make us feel so welcome and help throughout the entire process! After not living in an apartment for 32 years, I find myself enjoying living here for many reasons. The community, amenities, pond view, office staff are all 5 star. The gym could use more equipment, perhaps a squat rack or Smith Machine, but it's enough to alternate this with another gym. The icing on the cake came this week when I reported my first maintenance issue. Tommy and Harry from maintenance arrived less than 2 hours later and took care of several plumbing issues with my tub. I'm beyond pleased with how quickly and efficiently this was addressed! I definitely recommend this complex.

I've been at the Peachtree Corners location since February, so almost a year, and this has been the best experience in renting I've had in a long time. The amount of peace I have is unbelievable. You hardly see other residents, but when you do everybody is soooo friendly. The maintenance staff is really incredible. The response times are really fast, but the work is fully completed. Recently Harry and Tommie responded to several requests I placed the same day! Great customer service and excellent work!

Well, I got lots of things to say in many aspects, but one thing I can tell, their maintenance team is amazing. Pretty much the only thing we were very satisfied with. We had to call the maintenance team a few times for light changes, water filter changes, laundry issues and so on. They showed up quick, and got the stuff done nicely. That was such a clean work. Very friendly and explaining what they are doing, and how they fixed it. I can mention Tommy Moore, he was a great man I remember, one of the kindest worker I've seen. He definitely cared about the problems we had, and fixed them 140%. 👍

Too often people who should be recognized for going above and beyond are overlooked. I am very grateful to Gerson. I recently had a total knee replacement surgery. One morning while waiting for my physical therapist to come, I received a call that she could not get into the visitor gate because it was not working. I was only 2 weeks out from surgery and it was heavily raining. I came down to drive to the front gate to let her in. Once getting to first floor of the breezeway Gerson saw me with my walker and he greeted me and I explained my situation. He stopped what he was doing and told me that he would go to the front gate to let her in, something he did not have to do. Everytime I see him, he is always so pleasant. I just would like Gerson to be recognized for going above and beyond.

Toured the apartment 2 weeks ago. It is a first rate apartment complex with a great clubhouse, swimming pool, and gym. The buildings are new and the apartments are spacious and of good quality. The complex has a nature trail and a nearby lake, which is great if you are person who likes walking or the outdoors. The staff are also very helpful. Patricia in particular was a huge help in sorting out the application process. She was very pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend Courtland at Peachtree Corners to anyone looking to move to the area!

I went to so many places to find a new apartment and almost decided to move to another place but I came here for the last one . I instantly felt that ok here would be my place!!! The leasing staff and maintenance guys are friendly but especially Anna who helped me move in is so amazing. Also one of dogs has separation anxiety and when we moved in he barked a lot because the new environment but my neighbors are very patient. I really appreciate it. My dogs and I are super happy to live here.

I got up this morning and noticed my apartment seemed warm. My air conditioning unit was not working. It is Sunday and Father's day. I put in a service request, never thinking it would be taken care of on a Sunday. About one hour later, there is a knock on my door and it was the maintenance department. Within 25 minutes I had air again, Special thanks to Rob for taking care of this same day. I've only lived here about 6 1/2 months and whenever there is an issue, the problem is resolved within 24 hours.

It has been a fantastic experience living here, so good in fact that I am only moving due to work, and chose to move to a sister property. Maintenence was always very fast and solved any issues I had. The leasing staff has been a pleasure to work with, Sandra was my original Leasing agent and has helped me with my transfer, Emily and Anna have also been fantastic when asking questions and accommodating. The property was always clean, with few exceptions for certain tennants who seem to have a lot of complaints but don't clean up after themselves/pets. I the pool is very nice and the lake is beautiful. The car wash station was also very nice. The apartments are clean and being able to get AT&T fiber was nice as well. Overall this was a fantastic experience and I would recommend it to many.

Beautiful community & the staff is very friendly, transparent, and accommodating. They also have events monthly and cater to the residents here. Come check it out. Only cons are that the Alarms go off from time to time which can be quite challenging when working from home. Other than that, it’s pretty quiet and clean and no complaints. I really enjoy this community. The setting is so beautiful. I love going out to the pavilion, love that there is a walking trail. I have lived here almost 2 months now. This is a quiet, peaceful community. I have heard loud music once or twice, but overall it is quiet, so I am satisfied. I also love that there is a fitness center and pool, so I don't need to have a gym membership.

No matter how much you pay, I think it’s hard to find apartments that are well maintained and quick to respond to issues/maintenance. So yes, I think it’s worth it to live here. I don’t really have any complaints. Maintenance responds the same day. I know that if I have any issues I can walk into the main office and they will be there & professional/nice. There’s someone driving around the property almost 24/7 doing upkeep/maintenance… There’s also events and food occasionally. The location is also perfect in relation to The Forum, Target, etc. and also being off the main road but also on the main road. There’s a walking trail in the back and plenty of greenspace if you have a dog.

I've only lived here a short time but so far everything has been good. Beth actually showed us the property twice when we were apartment hunting and then several people helped with the application process, which was quite complex. Beth was very helpful when we finally made the move from out of state and without her help on move day, we would have had a really rough move in with the timing of the movers coming etc... I waited until I lived in the apartment for at least a month before calling to have anything "fixed' in the apartment. I submitted a list of a couple of minor things on a Sunday afternoon and they came out on Monday to fix everything. One thing needed a part ordered so it took an extra day but not a big deal. I met Rob (maintenance) on the second day and he was super nice. He took care of my small list of minor fixes and all is good. (This is not a negative point that there were things to be fixed. Cortland Peachtree Corners is a wonderful place to live. It is a quiet and clean community and the leasing office staff are super nice, friendly and very helpful. The apartments are far enough away from each other in the building that you don't have to worry about hearing your neighbors through the walls. It is within close proximity to shopping and it is really easy to enter and exit the community during rush hour because of the traffic turn lights. There is plenty of parking at all times, day, night, weekends. They host several community events each month and although I have not have the opportunity to attend any of them yet due to timing, I am made aware of them days in advance via email, which is super nice. I hope to make it to some of these in the future.

Cortland Peachtree Corners is a hidden gem. From the moment I walked in and met with the management I've felt as though they were excited to have me as a tenant at their apartments. The community is very quiet and well maintained. I consistently see the maintenance staff working around the clock to ensure that we have a clean and well kept complex. I love that the trash is taken from outside our door every morning. The apartment itself is spacious and has tons of cabinet space. I honestly feel like I hit the lottery choosing to live here. Courtland has been my favorite complex I have ever stayed in. The lake is such a nice feature. They have some walking trails and I always feel safe around here. The maintenance staff was so helpful when I needed something fixed in my apartment. The complex does such a good job at keeping things so well maintained.

However, when I came across Cortland Peachtree Corners from the first time I stepped into their office to receive information to me receiving my keys they were completely helpful, and Sandra made the process very simple. The interior of my apartment was clean and all the appliances were up-to-date and working. A great community to live in! Super clean. All appliances are fairly new. Aesthetically pleasing and modern interior. The maintenance was always super quick, friendly and professional. Sandra at the front office is the sweetest lady! She helped me get signed up and was super helpful when I had to move out. So thankful to her. Amenities were super nice and clean. The location is perfect and was close to everything. 20 minutes from Suwanee and Johns Creek, 15 from Duluth, 10 minutes from Chamblee and Buford Hwy. Super close to the Forum and the new restaurants near there. It was the perfect home for a young professional.

I've resided in my share of communites throughout various states over the yrs. This has by far been one of my best experiences and I will say I've resided in some pretty luxurious places. The staff, maintenance included is very attentive, kind and NOT rude when you feel bothersome in regards to inquiring or requesting things. My family and I truly enjoy the property. To include my 2 fur babies. They actually enjoy the turf/faux grass dog park. The trails and lake area are peaceful, maintained and enjoyable. The gym is nice as well. All that's missing is an onsite fitness instructor. I've enjoyed usage of the amenities and have not yet had any issues with the operation of our utilizing them. The only gripe I'd have is no fault to the community but amazon just piles packages near the parcel lockets often. Not sure if it's user error or maybe more packages than parcels. All in all the living experience is great.

We have really enjoy living at Peachtree Corners, everyone has always been very nice and helpful! We absolutely love our apartment and really like all the amenities and cleanliness the community provides.

So I wasn't going to write a review but at this point I just have to speak on my experience with the location.... this place is truly a great apt complex. My A/C unit went out last night at 2 am in a 2 story town house and my whole family was burning up and sweating to the point of it messing with my asmatic fiance. All I had to do was make one phone call to the 24 hr emergency line and not even 10-15 mins afterward I had a technician at my door ready to fix the unit. He wasn't rude, angry, disrespectful or any of that and approached the situation with understanding and a sense of urgency for my family. I forgot his name but I'm sure the office can look him up but in the meantime thank you maintenance team and thank you cortland for have a fail safe for cases just like mine.

My friend had a maintenance issue with the AC. She called the toll free number on a Saturday and within 20 minutes Rob arrived ready with a stupendous attitude to tackle the issue. From the day I toured with Anna, I knew this was going to be my new home. It is an amazing property to live at. From the staff, to the apartments, to the upkeep of the property, to the amenities, to the residents, to the neighborhood…you cannot go wrong with Cortland Peachtree Corners!! The staff members are attentive, friendly, and hospitable. Glenn (Service Manager) is fantastic and such a happy soul! He and his team are quick to respond and courteous when engaging with the residents. Although I will be relocating out of state soon, I enjoyed my time here and will miss this place dearly. If you are thinking about it, book the tour and sign the lease. You will not regret it ☺️

I have visited my family members at Peachtree Corners on several occasions. It is one nice place to live. The security is great. The large pond and scenic walkway make a wonderful setting to walk and exercise. The grounds are always clean and well cared for. We enjoy coming here!

Quiet, beautiful property with an amazing leasing & maintenance staff. Everyone is always available & pleasant to chat with. I placed a service request yesterday and Rob was out the very next day. He even worked slightly over the clock to make sure everything was good before he left. I had some maintenance guy named Robert come by to fix my AC. He was really funny and got it done quick. I was burning up and he responded immediately. That hasn't happened at other apartments I've lived at. It was within two hours and usually i have to wait a day or two. I really appreciated it.

Unfortunately we had a water leak issue which was traced back to an adjacent apartment but the service provided by Rob was first class. He went about his work diligently and kept us informed of what had happened. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you.

This is a really great community to live in and be a part of. The units are clean and new and my husband and I feel safe living here. The front desk is polite and responsive to concerns. I was trying to find a place close to work but not too far from things that offered nice amenities and I stopped by the Cortland Peachtree Corners and ended up signing a lease. The management is great, they have a food truck + meet & greet event like every month which is nice. The pool, gym and units really sold me. If you want a nice place that is fairly quiet and not far from things this is a good spot.

While I was still living in Dallas, I signed a lease here October 2020 without having laid eyes on the property. Scott helped me through the process from afar and made the process so simple. When I was able to see my apartment, I instantly fell in love with it. It overlooks the two lakes in the back and gets so much natural light (that my plants love!). They have great amenities, my favorite being the pool, gym and trails. I love how peaceful the property is and I am very grateful it is also smoke-free. Everyone in the front office is so friendly and helpful! They have food trucks come and they have drinks and dessert set out for residents. Makes dinner those nights really easy! I really do love it here and encourage everyone to check it out!! I even made my sister and her husband get a place here when they moved to Peachtree Corners. It is nice to be close to them as well :)

Everyone in the office has been insanely helpful. I’ve been living there for about two years and it’s been a joy. Everyone living on the property has been kind and helpful as well, and the Clubhouse makes working from home a breeze. The community being right off the highway makes for an easy commute for work and going into the city. We’re also super close to downtown Norcross and a plethora of great food options .

I’ve lived here for 2 years and my experience has been amazing from the front desk to the maintenance workers. To me the maintenance of the apartment is most important because the last thing you want is to come from work and things not work. If you ever need anything go on the website submit a work order and they’ll be on it the next day or as soon as they can. They’ll go out of their way to check in and make sure that the issue was resolved.I doubt I’ll be moving anytime soon. If you’re looking for an apartment look no further this is the place.

I love it here. Cortland at Peachtree Corners understood the assignment. The property is well kept, the staff is professional and the amenities are everything. There is a diverse population that lives here and that is one of the things that makes this place unique. The online portal is an awesome way to meet other residents, sell items and inform each of other resources and opportunities. Did I mention the food trucks? Monthly food trucks and clubhouse activities that include FREE wine. Sandy and Scott are the best Tim and Steve the maintenance guys are awesome and very responsive. The location is also nestled next to Target, Publix and two shopping centers. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We are sad to be leaving! We have lived here for about 2.5 years, back when it was first Echo Lakeside. Our experience here was great and a lot better than other apartments complexes we have lived in. The location is great, pretty much in the middle of ATL. Easy access to places like Duluth, Norcross, or Buford Highway. The management is amazing. They are prompt and quick to deal with any issues or concerns. They are nice and helpful in any way. The maintenence crew is quick to address anything that needs fixing. The grounds are always kept nice and clean. They have a parcel system that is convenient and safe. Needless to say, our 2.5 years here were enjoyed and it was an awesome place to call home. Thank you for everything!

I’m currently a resident at Cortland Peachtree Corners. This community is amazing. It is well maintained, clean, very scenic and is in a great location. You are 30 minutes from the city, Buckhead, and right next to Sandy Springs. Johns Creek is right around the corner as well. The interior amenities are very modern and they have a variety of nice floor plans. I know the rental market in Metro ATL is crazy right now but at Cortland Peachtree Corners, you’re getting the best value for your money.

I moved from the city looking for a more suburban area, but not too far from major highways and quick access to the city where I work. I got sooo much more from Cortland Peachtree Corners than I expected. From the scenery of the lake view from the pool, spacious gym and common space, luxury apartments, immediate assistance on service request (Thanks Stephen!) and great community events - the Peachtree Corners area is great for families and young adults. I moved to Cortland Peachtree Corners middle of October 2021. Really have nothing but great things to say about the property, staff, residents, and amenities. Gated community, 24 hour gym, lake on site, walking trail, pool, modern units, etc. Everyone on staff goes out of their way to make you feel right at home. In a community with such a high occupancy rate, it is nice when the office staff remembers your name and checks in to see if there is anything they can do to make you even more comfortable. Anna was the leasing consultant who helped me during the process of moving and her warm smile, attention to detail, and sense of urgency was so appreciated :) I knew this was my home the moment I toured the property and now that I actually live here, I couldn't be happier. Needless to say, if you are thinking on moving here - just do it!

My wife and I moved to the property back in 2018 back when it was formerly Echo Lakeside and still being completed. We fell in love not only with the property, but the property managers as well, this was a very exciting new development for Peachtree Corners. Coming from the Brookhaven area we did not want to give up our Inside the Perimeter Location nor in-town luxuries that we were use to having close access too. But this property checked all the boxes for us. Great area to be in, not a lot a crime in the area, at the top of the perimeter, so I’m able to take the interstate or street way, not far from the city at all, and still have nice shops & restaurants in my area. I’m about a 35 min ride to the airport, but I can get to either side of town within 15 mins, so it’s an amazing centralized location. You have 85/285 right there. Love the customer service that Cortland gives. Maintenance is impeccable and always quick to address any issues and needs. Scott is amazing and always work with me on any needs in regards to my stay here at Cortland Peachtree Corners. Highly recommended living experience.

Toured here with Anna and then again with Anya and they were both super professional and just a delight to be around. They were attentive to all my needs and questions! If it wasn't so far from my job, I definitely would've applied here. Their property is GORGEOUS and seems like living in a nature paradise. Also one of the nicest dog parks/runs I've seen in all my ATL tours.

If you are looking for a beautiful, well kept, and friendly-staffed community, look no further! I've lived in numerous apartment complexes and Cortland Peachtree Corners is truly a gem. The staff (Scott and Camille as example) are professional and responsive. The maintenance team (Tim) strives to complete work orders within 24 hours. In addition, the management team plans FUN monthly virtual events (i.e. cooking classes, paint parties, nutrition 101, etc.) and food trucks to bring the community together. Some other features of the community that I enjoy: - walking trail by a lake behind the complex. - plenty of dog sanitary stations - Parcel Package lockers - plenty of parking spaces - quick turnaround in maintenance requests - friendly neighbors :) - easy access to Target, Publix, and 285 I am proud to call Cortland Peachtree Corners my home!

Cortland Peachtree Corners is by far the best apartment complex that I have lived in. The apartment's are very modern, the community is beautiful and well maintained, and the staff is very nice and professional. I would definitely check them out.

Just moved in earlier this month and have had a great experience. Sandra has been helpful throughout the leasing process. Scott has gone above and beyond to make the move in process as smooth as possible. He even went through every detail of our application over the phone because of a technical issue with the website. We had a maintenance issue shortly after moving in but it was handled promptly and professionally. Scott called multiple times to make sure everything was taken care of and that we were satisfied with the repair. We love our new home and are excited to be here.

I am a current tenant and I just have to commend the team here. They promptly reach out to you to address your concerns and come to a solution. I appreciate that they have a recycling system to help promote recycling. Camille is always so pleasant and welcoming when you talk to her. Tim is always on top of it! We can count on him for any issues that we experience. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

Great staff and great complex! Scott and Camille always helped. Staff went above and beyond to help me during Covid. Gym was clean and pool area is peaceful. Quiet neighborhood and a great looking community. Moved out for work but I’d definitely return!

Cortland PTC is a great apartment complex. Everyone including the maintenance staff, the front desk staff, and Scott Purcell, the community manager, are friendly, quick, and customer service oriented. The common areas are always clean and well maintained. If all Cortland properties are managed like this one, I would definitely consider another Cortland property if my next move is to another apartment.

My husband and I have lived at our apartment for almost 2 years. It was our first apartment and our stay could not have been any better. The apartment complex has consistently been clean, beautiful and quite. Our unit was absolutely gorgeous to live in; very modern with high ceilings and hardwoods. We stayed at a very spacious 2 bedroom which was definitely priced well for all the space and amenities it came with. The front office staff have always been very informative and always in touch with residents. Scott, Camille , and Ana have continuously been very resourceful, friendly, caring and professional. They all have done an amazing job to create a scene of community which is very rare to find these days. Last but definitely not least; the lake is beautiful and peaceful weather you want to use a paddle boat on it or just walk by it. While we are exciting that we purchased a home, both my husband and I are feeling sad for leaving this beautiful place.

I have enjoyed living here since the community opened and thoroughly make use of the amenities. The fitness center, pool and lakes here are awesome. The staff is amazing and goes above and beyond for residents. I have lived in many places from Midtown to Buckhead and this is my favorite community so far. OTP!

I've been living here for about six months now and can say I am so happy. It truly does feel like home.. The amenities have topped any community I've lived in and no lie,I feel like it's a resort at times.lol. Management, Scott and staff are amazing! They are attentive to any of your needs and I love the activities they provide to make you feel more at home.The Maintenance team, Tim is so kind and knows what he's doing. Have had no issues, all works great in my apt.

We moved here in February, and we love it. Our unit is lakefront with connected walking trails for exercise. The specialty coffeemaker in the front office is amazing, and it is relaxing to sit by the push-button fireplace near the pool in the evenings. The property is clean, amenities are well-maintained, and they provide valet trash service. I really enjoy the resident happy hour events, and the staff is friendly and helpful. We are loving the lake life!

Love living here...amazing amenities including the dog walk area, trash service, incredible pool with lake views, and our paved walking trail which is being expanded to possibly 13 miles by the city...good central location, not far from 285, and you can get up to lake lanier pretty quickly too...the Johns Creek area just north of us is very upscale, with lots of doctors and medical facilities and great shopping at the nearby forum shopping area...the office staff are very attentive to our needs, and we have an automated package pickup area for 24 hr access for your deliveries...check it out if you need a new place to live...
