Great experience so far at Cortland on the Loop. From the beginning, Yvette was an amazing help and resource. Everyone I’ve spoken to has been really courteous and helpful. I’ve been here about two months and I just put in my first work order. I was contacted first thing in the morning by Todd. He came right away and fixed our issue in a really timely and efficient manner. He was super nice and explained everything thoroughly. They have a really good team here.

I currently live at Cortland on the Loop and have had a really positive experience so far. The community is clean, quiet, and well taken care of. I’ve had exceptionally positive experiences with Lucas, Yvette, and Nicole in the front office they’re always friendly, professional, and ready to help with anything I need. It really makes a difference having such a welcoming and responsive team managing the property. Also, a big shoutout to Tod and Renee from the maintenance team. They’ve both been fantastic quick, efficient, and respectful whenever they’ve come by to fix anything in my apartment. Knowing that any issues will be taken care of right away gives me real peace of mind. Overall, I’m really happy living here and appreciate the effort the entire team puts into making this a great place to call home.

I have been living here for about a month. The apartments are updated, and the common spaces are great. Wish the gym was a little bigger with more equipment, but the pool is the best I have seen in any apartment complex in Tucson. The staff are friendly and attentive, doing a good job taking care of the grounds and common spaces.

Jeff quickly narrowed the problem to an unlikely source and hit pay dirt without wasted effort and energy. He cleaned up well and resolved the problem expertly. From the management (Eric, Nate, Todd and Yvette- these are the staff that i've met so far) to the maintenance staff they are all awesome, very friendly, professional, very prompt and responsive. Shout out to Jeff for being a very efficient and professional maintenance person. He always goes above and beyond. Amenities are great too, pool is way better than the pools of some hotels, 24hr gym access and they have their own theater where you can book for a day. Gated complex and i once saw a patrol car one night not sure if its a nightly thing tho.

I cabt say enough about how great my experience has been with this place. I moved Tucson and I didn't know much where to move and after speaking to Yvette at this property, I knew this was the place for me. The apartment is beautiful and very spacious and the community is great, very welcoming. Yvette and her team was super helpful and provided excellent customer service. I got to also mention I visited other Cortland properties but this hands down was the best! Also, who doesn't love to have a movie theater on property! I suggest anyone wanting a beautiful home and great customer experience to come move in to Cortland on the Loop and ask for Yvette. She's great! Maintenance team is phenomenal. Todd is great and helped me fix an issue right away. Ronnie is the absolute best!

Moving down from Chicago, it took me a while to find a place to call home here in Tucson. I’m very happy with my decision to move to Cortland on the loop. The units are well built, new appliances and flooring and haven’t had any issues with pests. The team is very responsive, from my first contact with Yvette, who helped me through all the paperwork, to Todd and Nate who walked me through the apartment/community on move in day. Been here about a month and have to say I feel safe and happy with my decision. Grateful to the Cortland team.

It was unfortunate the unit above me flooded down into my unit, but they acted with haste and got everything cleaned up and drying out to keep us safe and healthy. I lived at Cortland on the Loop for 3 years. The management team has been superb. The community events are fun and allow residents to meet each other. The complex is very pet friendly with grass areas and a pet park adjacent to the apartment grounds. The pool area is well maintained and available year round. I have greatly enjoyed living at Cortland on the loop.

After some initial frustrations and writing a negative review, I’m happy to say that my experience at Cortland on the Loop has significantly improved, and I feel it’s important to acknowledge the positive changes. One of the standout moments for me was when the management team allowed me to extend my stay past my lease while I waited for my military orders. This level of flexibility and understanding is rare and deeply appreciated. They were within their legal right to deny the extension, yet they empathized with my situation and supported me during the uncertainty of awaiting Military PCS orders. The repair and maintenance staff are outstanding—always friendly and quick to address any issues. I also appreciate that they have fully qualified and licensed professionals, which sets them apart from many other apartment complexes. My washing machine motor went out. Within the hour of making a service request, maintenance was at my door ready to help. They were able to swap the motor and get me back to doing laundry in no time. I've lived here almost a year. It's a quiet, well kept community. When I had an issue with an unstable neighbor, they listened and reassured me out would be handled and it was. The amenities are great, the maintenance staff is very responsive and friendly. Yvette moved me in and checked in me to ensure I was doing well in a difficult situation. My neighbors even pick up my packages when I travel. Having not lived in an apartment for over 25 years, I'm glad I found the loop.

Cortland on the Loop is a great place to live, and I’ve really enjoyed my time here. I had an issue with my garbage disposal and Todd was able to take care of the issue quickly and efficiently. Update: I woke up on a Sunday morning to my water heater spraying water all over my laundry room. I called the emergency maintenance line and Todd told me how to turn the water off and then came out to replace the part that was broken within the hour. I’m so grateful that the staff here are always available and accessible, even on the weekends, and are able to address problems swiftly and effectively!

Me and my wife have recently moved in and we are so happy that we made this choice! We literally did everything online (we live overseas) and the process was extremely smooth! Michael was our savior! He was very responsive, extremely helpful and very friendly! He made sure that everything is done in a perfect way and ready for us to move in! We love the apartment, the whole community seems very nice!

I cabt say enough about how great my experience has been with this place. I moved Tucson and I didn't know much where to move and after speaking to Yvette at this property, I knew this was the place for me. The apartment is beautiful and very spacious and the community is great, very welcoming. Yvette and her team was super helpful and provided excellent customer service. I got to also mention I visited other Cortland properties but this hands down was the best! Also, who doesn't love to have a movie theater on property! I suggest anyone wanting a beautiful home and great customer experience to come move in to Cortland on the Loop and ask for Yvette. She's great!

I was struggling to find an apartment in Tucson that could fit all my needs and it truly has everything. I can't speak highly enough of this place. We've lived here for about 2 years and are sad to be leaving. We've had such an easy time getting into Cortland on the loop Apartments! Yvette, the Front Representative, was absolutely amazing! She helped us get everything together, since my husband was coming from Phoenix to Tucson! She even assisted us with some recommendations for movers, that were also reasonably priced and great! She gave us a tour of all the amenities, they have to offer, and even gave my kiddos some ice pops, so that they would be distracted, so we could sign paperwork! She was very kind, attentive, and very welcoming to our family! We even appreciate Eric, for all of his help, over the phone, as well! He really helped us with all of the approvals we needed to get. Been living here for a year and i can say that it has been great living in this apartment complex. From the management (Eric, Nate and Yvette- these are the staff that i've met so far) to the maintenance staff they are all awesome, very friendly, professional, very prompt and responsive. Amenities are great too, pool is way better than the pools of some hotels, 24hr gym access and they have their own theater where you can book for a day. Gated complex and i once saw a patrol car one night not sure if its a nightly thing tho. Its a bit pricey compared to other apartment complex but it's worth it, i could live here forever if not for the price 🤙

My experience with rental properties in Tucson, Arizona hasn't been the best. But, the experience I've had with the Cortland on the Loop leasing team has been a blessing. Yvette walked me through the process every step of the way. Moving will be one of the most stressing things you will ever do in your life. I just moved here and by far it’s been so great. Cortland on the Loop is a perfect location! I love the environment here and all the amenities. Nate is one of the mangers who was very helpful with my interest with living here and answered all my questions very quickly either over phone or email. All the staff is so nice and was very helpful throughout my move in process. Everyone is so welcoming and caring here. I had an issue with my disposal and haven’t had the time to try to reset it because I am always working but Jonathan came right away fixed while I was at work! It’s so nice having a maintenance team you can always count on.

I've lived in apartments across multiple states for the last 15 years or so and no one has matched the services that I've received so far here at Cortland. The front office staff, particularly Ivette and Nathan, have been absolute rock stars in making sure our transition has gone smoothly and have seemed extremely positive about their place of work which is honestly a breath of fresh air. The facilities and apartments are also top notch, I would definitely recommend living here.

This is a fantastic property! The apartments are spacious and have lots of windows to enjoy the views of Tucson. The staff are all very wonderful. Miss Yvette, the Leasing Consultant who works the front desk, is absolutely amazing! Every time I need help with something, she knows exactly who to call to get it fixed. She has been a great help! Beyond that, the complex is very clean and well-maintained, and there's lots of grass for pets. The pool is large, has a lap lane, and a nice shaded area. I really enjoy living here!

Excellent service with a very welcoming atmosphere when you visit Cortland on the Loop!!! This was our experience with Yvette Arvisu. She welcomed us with all smiles and was ready to answer our questions when my family and I checked on Cortland the Loop last March 2023 as we were looking for an apartment for my son. Yvette was very welcoming & toured us graciously in this stunning apartment complex. We were so grateful to her for being so accommodating. She also made sure that she followed up with a phone call/text to make sure if we have any questions about the rental/terms/how to go about it & etc. We’re very lucky to have met Yvette and helped us through with all the rental paperwork. Yvette had been so patient answering questions, calling and texting back if there were some things that beeded clarification. The staff and Cortland on the Loop are amazing! They go out of their way to make sure the residents are happy and have everything they need. It feels like home…somewhere you’re happy to spend your free time at. The amenities are amazing. The best I have seen in Tucson! The grounds are well kept, the office has an amazing choice of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. The office staff is very welcoming, helpful, and overall wonderful people! The maintenance crew is prompt, nice, and respectful. Excellent, excellent place now that it has changed to Cortland!

I’m new to AZ and a new tenant at Cortland on the Loop. From the initial tour to signing the lease, Nate has been super helpful and informative with any & all questions/concerns I’ve had. Also, he along w/the service manager, Johnathan, were very kind in assisting me with repositioning a piece of heavy furniture that had been misplaced by my movers. I’ve also been impressed by the quick responsiveness of the maintenance crew. Quite satisfied with my choice to stay here.

Had to move out because of work, otherwise would have stayed here for another few years. Head staff knows everyone by name and work around the clock to ensure everyone is living safe and comfortable. Extremely groomed area, property’s maintenance staff are always present, professional, and courteous to everyone. I will always appreciate the high standard Cartland on the Loop had for themselves. Other Cortlands can definitely learn from this location.

Have been living in the Cortland on the Loop apartments for over a year and I can say it's the best! Awesome amenities but above awesome responsive staff. Shafi in particular is a maintenance staff member who is very kind, respectful, knowledgeable in what he does, and efficient at his work! 10/10 would recommend living at Cortland property.

Living here the past few months has made reacclimating to Tucson, Arizona bearable. The staff are always kind and provide service for the smallest of concerns. Maitenance is prompt and has assisted with A/C troubles within the hour of requests. The amenities are amazing, with 24-hour access to the gym. The grounds are quiet, and the neighbors are friendly and generally keep to themselves unless invited. Although I'll be here for a short time, I'm glad we made the right choice. I recommend these apartments to anyone ready for some peace of mind. Majority made up of young adults and young families.

It is with pleasure that I wrote this review with the best in mind for this community and management. This team of management falls nothing short of amazing. They create you like friends and care, respect, and accommodate to allow forbthe best living environment possible. The community staff as well are always so prompt and tidy with their work that i really don't do anything other than greet them with maybe a bottle of water or something during in unit apartments repairs and maintenance. Not only do I love the staff but this community as a whole is just the type of community I would consider " hard to come by". Everyone is beyond caring, clean, quiet, with great community perks and amenities! Let me be clear as to why I am raving about this place, yet leaving. It is not because of anything the community had done wrong, it was finally time for myself to set out into a newly purchased home. I'm going to come back to this community if I ever have to because there isn't a place I would choose to live while here

Ever since Corland took over, this place has gradually improved in service and upkeep. Both the staff and maintenance team are professional and easy to deal with. Whenever I have an issue, they make me feel valued with their friendliness and enthusiasm to help. Cortland on the Loop has just become a great place to live at. Johnathan and his team keep the place looking beautiful, and they're always so polite. I would definitely recommend this place to my family/friends (or any other Corland property if Cortland on the Loop is anything to go by) if given the chance.

I have had nothing but positive experiences and great interactions with the Cortland on the Loop staff. From the tour before signing the lease to being very helpful and communicative when it comes to the moving in process. Even after moving in the staff offered to show us around the complex just to make sure we knew were everything was. Whenever we need a maintenance request maintenance typically comes in 24 hours or less to resolve the issue. This is the first place I’ve been that actually held community events, which is something that I think set it apart from most. For someone moving out of state and living in Arizona for the first time I could’ve went with a better option.

This has got to be one of the best places my wife and I have stayed. We have so much available to us and it’s more than I’d expect from anywhere else. We also have a dog and is a really big area to walk from the actual loop to around the neighborhood. There’s also a really nice and big dog park too. We’re able to go to a swimming pool area that looks like it belongs to a resort and a gym with some really good equipment. Also there’s a theater here where we can use for movie to streaming our favorite sports or playing video games. My wife and I are just blessed to have found this place. If you’re looking for a good neighborhood, then Cortland on the Loop is the place.

Placed a work order and Spencer came. Not only did he get the job done in a swift manner he cleaned up behind himself. He didn't disturb me as he worked. He was kind and courteous. I try to request him when I make service calls. He has a great spirit and is always kind when I'm in the building. Once I was taking my trash and he saw me. He stopped working and helped me to unload everything. He has blessed me while I've been here. Thank you Cortland for hiring Spencer G. Great asset to the community.

Moved from CA and lived here for almost three years. Personnel was always helpful, professional and attentive. Always felt save, is quiet, clean, amenities are great and the location is great as well. Everything is closed by, groceries, doctors, entertainment. Along with the management here, the maintenance team is TOP NOTCH! Jonathan and his techs truly are the best in the business, one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Only had a couple MINOR things needing attention at the apartment ad Jonathan is quick, kind and super efficient! Will even follow up with me when he sees me around the complex! My living experience here completely changed from the moment Wanda stepped in. She was patient, professional, kind and extremely helpful. The apartments now have security at night which is great. Amenities are currently being updated and improved and overall it’s a very nice, clean and safe place to live.

I have not ever had a place that has been more welcoming and open as it has been in my time living here at Cortland on the Loop. Formerly, Encantada Riverside. The staff is super friendly and they go out of their way to help you at all times! I couldn't ask for a better place to live after I relocated from the Washington DC Area. I haven't had any complaints whatsoever.

From the moment I entered the office the staff and facility blew me away! I was greeted with a relaxed and courteous staff (Nathaniel & Lucas) that was wonderful as looking for spaces can be very stressful. They took all my comments and "wish list" in mind and found me the perfect apartment; within budget, building location and view that I wanted. The move in process was easy and I was again impressed with the condition of the apartment. Staffing is great! Nate & Lucas are great faces for Cortland. Property is great. Pool area could be cleaner. But it’s satisfactory. Tons of irresponsible dog owners however. Suggested cameras to catch those disgusting humans that don’t clean up after their pets. Gardeners are butchering the plants. Overall what Cortland can control is awesome. Thank you.

I love how this place offers new and modern amenities, has a resort style feel, and is in a great location on the NW side of Tucson. Staff are really friendly and have accommodated all of my needs. They also offer short-term leases, so if you're in the military or healthcare field and are constantly moving, this place is perfect.

If you’re reading through these reviews, it means you’re considering Tucson! Great call. (But you probably already know that). To double up on fantastic decisions, make this place your home. So many apartments look and feel “apartmentalized” – comfortably standard and blandly generic. Cortland is the opposite – don’t settle for standard and bland! After the initial glow of excitement you get from living somewhere new wears off, so much of where you choose to live comes down to convenience. Every day that you go swimming, pump iron, or enjoy theater just a short walk from home will reconfirm this decision as a great one. Things at Cortland are really thoughtfully designed and will leave you grateful each time you use them. If you’re visiting or taking a tour, make sure you get Nate! He’s incredibly thoughtful and helpful, and will make sure you are well taken care of. Enjoy living the good life!

Cortland on the loop is a great community! The office staff is friendly and willing to assist with anything you may need. The monthly rent may be a tad expensive, but I believe it’s well worth it when considering all of the amenities to include the resort style pool, gym with free weights, and the awesome movie theater.

This property has many attractive features. The location allows for both easy interstate access and town access. My favourite features of this property, however, are the public indoor spaces. The gym, lobby, and public kitchen are fantastic but the theatre is best of all. Our family has enjoyed many movies here - my children think it is their own private screening room.

I'm a current resident, moved from Tempe to Tucson 10/2020. Great community and great office staff! I've lived in places that had bad ones and Encantada isn't one of them. Thanks guys!
