Out of all the apartments I’ve lived in, I can honestly say Cortland Luxe at Shadow Creek has been my best experience by far. After a year and a half here, the community has consistently been safe, clean, and genuinely pet-friendly with an indoor dog wash room, dog clean-up stations, and easy walking access to parks and nature trails. As for the staff, I HIGHLY recommend asking for Leanne or Shun if you schedule a tour. Not only are they the sweetest and most upbeat gals, but they know the in’s and outs of the whole apartment as well as all the cool events we have (kickboxing classes, Cracker Barrel brunches, Taco nights, pool parties, etc!) You can’t help but feel connected here. Overall, I would absolutely recommend living at Cortland Luxe, and I’m extremely happy to call this place home! 😊

I like the fact that they have community events. I have not been able to enjoy them due to my work schedule, but hopefully one day I will be able to. I’ve lived in quite a few apartments throughout the years, and this is the only apartment complex that does community events, such as brunch, baby showers for the staff, and free fitness programs. I was recommended by a friend and I am glad I made the choice to move here.

Just moved in and everything’s been going pretty well. The apartment was clean, everything works, and the amenities are solid. Originally, our move-in was delayed about 20 days because the previous resident decided not to leave—even after we signed the lease. We ended up being offered a different unit with the same floor plan, which worked out fine. Overall, no complaints so far. Looking forward to seeing how the rest of the lease goes!

The Luxe team was outstanding!!!! Shun Polk and Leanne Lavalais were outstanding too work with. The really made us feel at home from our first initial visit. And they’ve continued to be outstanding to work with after we’ve settled in. We literally made our choice to move here while our home is being built because of high nice and clean the community was but mainly because of how outstanding both Shun and Leanne were. I really enjoyed the pool area and the staff is great always helpful and I would recommend the business center to be open a little bit later because some people work late and by the time get off the business center is closed. The maintenance is very good and great turn around time to answer calls to fix the problem.

The Cortland Luxe apartment complex is Fantastic! After touring other properties in the area, this one stood out the most and I eagerly signed a lease! The modern design, well-maintained grounds, and friendly community atmosphere make it a fantastic place to call home. I'm 91 years old and live with my daughter and son in law. I enjoy sitting on the deck and watching the young ones playing on bikes, scooters,, skates,,etc. Most of the people walking by are friendly and speak. We also enjoy hearing the sounds from the ball parks across the trees line. The office and maintenance crews are very helpful and caring. Glad to be here.

Luxury is relative. This community is in good condition and the staff and management is working to make things happening. I like their efforts. Maybe there are better places to live but here it is also very easy to feel comfortable and like to stay a bit longer to see the nice sunsets and enjoy the pool on a hot day. Cortland Luxe Shadow Creek is an outstanding place to live. I have been a former resident at different Cortland locations but this apartment complex has been the best!!! 💯 Great customer service! Very easy to reach and communicate with, and they are very responsive to any questions you may have and they attend to any maintenance issues in a very timely manner. Tristan was very personable in initially helping me find the apartment that was right for my liking, and Shun has been very helpful and attentive to any questions or concerns I may have. The team that they have here make us residents feel at home. Very clean community and a safe place to be. 😊

I love my new apartment I have no complaints but I would like to see tenants and or guess take it slower in the parking lot we do have kids and other people walking around and cars that come in and out to be mindful of their loud exhaust

I really would have loved to leave the place I formerly called home 5 stars. I signed my lease 4 yrs ago without ever seeing the property and was instantly in love upon my arrival to Texas. I’d never done that and was pleasantly surprised at the ease and priority of customer service. Nicole (who left shortly after my move-in) and Stephanie were awesome. In recent years, Gerardo has been sure to upkeep the friendly and helpful persona I was initially greeted with at Cortland. The apts were beautiful and well cared for, worth the rent (in my opinion) (at least for the 1 bedroom). My only complaint was mostly neighbors, who’d complain about noise even outside of the quiet hours. I was a night shifter who did not operate on “normal times.” Even the times they complained enough to have security come to my door, security was even in agreement with me. When one chooses to live in a community such as this one, you have to accommodate different lifestyles (nightshifters, families with multiple children, etc.) of those

So far so good! I've lived here for 2.5 months at this point, and, call me McDonalds but I'm lovin' it. Leasing office staff made me feel right at home right away, the amenities and location fit my needs exactly, and the apartment itself is sooo homey. Maintenance staff are absolute stars. I'm feeling very secure and taken care of here. I'm still settling in, but I'm very pleased and looking forward to taking advantage of all of the amenities.

I have been living here since March 2023, my initial experience was a bit rocky due to the misuse of complaints from my neighbors and I’m still not a fan of my neighbors! However, the front office staff Tristian , Gerardo and Kelesia (may have not spelled their names correctly) have always been amazing. I may be their problem child from time to time but the respond in a timely manner and address my concerns . Maintenance is also always responsive and addresses the issues in the home.

When my wife and I first went on a tour we thought this place was too good to be true. We were waiting for the Boogey man to show up and confirm our paranoia after having so many negative experiences at other places we've lived. However, here at Cortland Luxe, we've been proven wrong. From Staff to maintenance to neighbors. Everyone is happy to be here. Staff is always welcoming when we come to the office and make the max effort to complete any request or need that we may have. We've live a lot of places over the past decade, this might be a place where we stay as long as we can, simply because staff make it a place worth living at.

Shun was the best leasing agent. I give her 10 stars all around the board. Tristan was the icing on the cake. Shun was able to turn, what would’ve been a bad situation, into a good one. I had incorrect information reporting from a credit bureau and she sat on the phone with me and the bureau for over 2 hours so we could get it sorted out and an approval for me. Their Regional Manager was amazing as well for her understanding (experian would not send anything over they only wanted to verbally confirm) and finalizing my approval. The entire situation was stressful but Tristan came through occasionally with his good energy and sprinkled some everywhere. I highly recommend this property. From the units all the way down to the customer service experience, they keep you as a top priority. Other complexes just shoo you out of the door without an ounce of compassion.

I am so thankful that they still have Leasing Agents like the very thoughtful and helpful Triston. He made my visit and tour of the property extremely enjoyable. I did not want to stop in that day, but ended up doing so anyway. Upon entering the leasing office I noticed he was the only one working, I almost left because I just knew with the phones ringing like crazy there wouldn't be a way for him to show the property. Not only did he take care of the phone like a champ he also was able to provide me with a very energized showing of the property

I am a former resident and by far, this was my favorite apartment complex that I’ve ever lived in. I had positive experiences from the moment I toured to the moment I moved out. I am a solo female and felt 100% safe in this complex. I loved the trail to walk my dogs as it was so convenient. The units are clean and updated. I moved because I had to move to Cypress/Katy and until now, I have to say this Cortland location was the best apartment that I’ve rented.

After searching for an apartment and visiting 10+ apartment complexes in the area we were very discouraged. I have lived at Cortland Avion for one year and it has been amazing. My kids love it. The office staff Kelesia, Morgan and Ms.Tracy are always willingly to go above and beyond to help. The maintenance staff is always friendly and prompt with repairs. Definitely an enjoyable place to live.

I was in the area and toured this apartment complex without an appointment. The leasing agent Tristan, was friendly and helpful with the information he provided while we toured the apartment. The apartment was great and the amenities were excellent. Although I did not put in an application as the monthly rent is over my set budget at this time, I genuinely had a good time speaking to the leasing agent and touring the apartment! (He also let me have a bunch of mints from his desk!!) 😊

Tristan Brown was absolutely phenomenal and helped me feel like home. I was downsizing from a six bedroom house to a three bedroom apartment and he made me feel so comfortable and helped me with my anxiety to where now I can call Cortland luxs my new place of residence. After he gave me the tour I immediately applied because he was so welcoming and generous with myself and my child. Amazing apartment. It’s so nice and spacious. So many amenities, you never have to leave home! Jailene was very nice and thorough during our tour. I am still debating on the location due to how far it is from my job but I’m highly considering it. Worth checking out!

Jailene showed me everything I wanted to see and answered all of my questions. When I saw the apartment I told her I was sold, but then I saw the pool, and the lounge, and they have a movie theater room? They offer real luxury. My kids and I are going to love it here I can just tell.

Great and excellent customer service! I am quite impressed with this apartment community. They are clean, well kept and up to date. The management team offers great customer service and answered all my questions in detail. I was hesitant to stop by because I didn’t think they’d be willing to walk me through in the rain, but the property manager insisted and was willing to show me around. Although it was rainy, she was sweet enough to loan me an umbrella. I really like this place and it feels like home already.

I love the gym, the movie theater, and their Wi-Fi zone for my study time. My favorite of all is their paw spa. I never have to worry about a messy tub anymore when I'm bathing my dog! The vibe is swanky and fun. Everything seems clean and well run. Love how close it is to Houston freeways and all the city stuff but without the local traffic for when it’s time to do everyday errands. Tons of choices for stores and restaurants. The people in the office seem like professional adults with brains, a nice change from a lot of other places. And they seem like they actually know the residents, so it has a nice community feeling. I like the extras, like the valet trash service and having a pool is really nice as long as it’s taken care of and this one is. Everything just feels fresh and new and well taken care of. I’d definitely recommend if you can afford it.

Love the apartment community. We been here a few weeks and it already feels like home. Glad we made the move... our dog loves the place as well. The office staff is amazing, particularly Gerardo. He helped us get settled on moving day and checked up on us in the following days to make sure we were okay. He always makes us feel welcome when we stop into the office, and is always willing help. The maintenance crew keeps the property immaculate. It seems there is always some event planned by the staff to engage the residents. Would highly recommend this community.

The front office staff have been great! I’ve been away from my apartment for a little bit and had a package delivered to the front door instead of a parcel locker. I asked them if it was possible to get my package so it didn’t sit outside for days. They got it quickly with no hesitation! I really appreciate how kind they have been since I’ve moved in!

Cortland Luxe Shadow Creek is a wonderful apartment. I feel safe here and have met several people that helped contribute to a feeling of community. The apartments are clean, spacious, and have a lot of natural light, along with large balconies. Their amenities are top-tier and available more often than not. The POOL!! It's very nice and plenty big enough so that I don't feel crowded when I go. The best part about this place are the staff. They seem genuinely happy to see you or hear from you and do their absolute best to handle any issue or question you may have. Highly recommend Cortland Luxe Shadow Creek.

I’ve lived here for about 5 months and absolutely love it! Beautiful property, friendly staff and great amenities! Any minor issues we’ve had have been promptly taken care of. Nicole and Gerardo are fantastic and respond swiftly/politely! If you’re looking for an apartment that’s worth your money, this is it. So far i’ve had nothing but good experience’s, There have a been a tiny few hiccups but before I can truly be you with something it’s been handled! I love the pool area and the amenities! I love the apartment complex! It’s mixed with a variety of people, young, old, married, single, animals everywhere! It’s a really nice community! I’ve had issues with birds on my porch and they cleaned it as much as they could and took care of the issue. They have been in open communication with me since my interest in no one here out of state with a one hour time difference! So I basically put my life in their hands and I haven’t regretted it yet! I think like any apartment complex there will be it’s ups and downs but it’s how you handle it! And I believe so far the situations have been handled with mutual respect on both ends!

From the moment I spoke with Liandra, I knew that Cortland Luxe was the place for me. The property is quiet, clean, and beautiful. Liandra and the staff are the best in the area, hands down! She was very knowledgeable about the apartment homes/area and answered all the questions we had. Before we could tour, she stated that the apartment that she had coming up was on the third floor and we were not fans to say the least. Lol Then she pulled out the game changer with mentioning that they have elevators!!! The tour was amazing and honestly there was no need to look any further. The community is beautiful from the upkeep, clean elevators, working station, movie theater and all the other great amenities they offer. We applied the same night to become residents and thus far it’s been a great experience! Thanks again Liandra for all your help!

I have been a tenant of Cortland for approximately three years now. I must say they have a friendly staff who meets my needs in a timely manner. The property is beautiful and well maintained on a daily basis. I enjoy the weekly notifications of Food truck services amongst others. Also, whenever there is criminal activity surrounding our property, staff quickly sends out information which is preventative in my property being targeted! I’d recommend this property to anyone I encounter!

I highly recommend this Apartment complex! I regularly move due to my work and have lived in many states. In Florida, getting an apartment is competitive and expensive. This place is worth every cent and I rarely say that because I am a very picky individual with high standards. Most apartment places are all about outer appearances, but this one is legitimate through and through. The amenities are reliable and work, the staff is incredible because they're always on point, punctual, ready to help fix any issue, and have great rapport and professionalism. The community itself is very clean, hospitable (great neighbors!), with swimming pools, a gym, volleyball, a playground, a dog park, and a lovely trail. This places is literally a hidden gem. There is also a gate for safe entry as well as valley trash. The apartments themselves have been renovated and maintenance is quick to fix any issue and are absolutely polite and helpful. This is a beautiful, well maintained property in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The leasing staff, especially Gerardo, are courteous and attentive to the needs of the community, and do a great job of communicating important information to the community efficiently and in a timely manner. The landscape is beautiful and well maintained. Work orders are attended to promptly by the very courteous and professional maintenance staff. Overall, my family and I have had a pleasant experience living at Cortland Luxe Shadow Creek, and I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a nice, quiet community to call home for a while.

Luxe shadow creek has exceeded my expectations. I have lived here for 6+ months and they have yet to disappoint. From the leasing staff to the apartment itself and amenities- everything is top notch! Gerardo helped me with leasing and he was so helpful and personable. Him and Nicole made the application and move in process a breeze. Giovanni has also been very helpful with any maintenance situations. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I love it here so much, going on year 2! the maintenance staff is super attentive & responsive. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Gerardo both times and he’s awesome! the amenities are also great, especially the pool! it’s really big and never too crowded. they keep it pretty clean as well. The location is wonderful. Not only are we walking distance to Shadow Creek Ranch Sports Complex, but we’re right off of 288, which gets me downtown in about 15 minutes! If you’re looking for a luxury apartment that’s in a central location, this is the place to be!

This is a great place to stay in Pearland! The staff are very helpful and friendly especially Nichole. She always says hello to me when she sees me and even remembers my name. That’s very unique and well appreciated. I love my apartment! Whenever I need something fixed or have issues the operations faculty are properly prepared and prompt. I use all the amenities here and they are awesome especially the gym and pool. I’ve lived here since they fist opened and I am glad I call this home!

Out of all the places I've toured before moving to Houston, this one stood out and has continued to deliver over the past few months. The private gym and car wash station are outstanding. The two bedroom is very spacious and the appliances are high quality. Every inquiry with the property management has been taken care of promptly. One issue I experienced on the property was with my car getting keyed while parked within the gated parking area. I still have no clue who did it or if it was an accident or not but I was responsible for the $1200 damage. I guess that's out of their control but it happened nonetheless.

Been living here almost three years. Everyone is super nice. Staff is always super friendly! Literally everyone in the office are so nice. Both Nicole and Nichole are amazing. They recognize you by name. The Residents are nice as well. They keep the grounds immaculate. Maintenance is right at your door as soon as you submit the work request. Complex is pretty quiet. They’re great!!!! Honestly would probably never move. I really love being here!

Cortland Luxe has been an absolute dream. Every part of our experience has been incredible. Everyone within the leasing, management, and onsite property maintenance has been phenomenal. Our apartment was immaculately clean upon move in, one minor maintenance issue was addressed instantaneously and their attitude towards the residents here has been head and shoulders above any experience I have ever had. I lived in a very expensive high rise apartment prior to moving to Cortland Luxe while our home is being built in a neighboring community. Nichole Aaron and her staff have given my husband and I an experience that pales in comparison to all others. We can’t thank them enough for making this a great community and for making this feel like a real home for us. We love it here!!!

I just moved here at the end of February and it was by far the easiest process. The staff and everyone made it super easy. Additionally I have a disability which restricts me from a few things and I was able to move into a unit that had lower counters and having the trash pick up Monday through Friday allows me to not worry about having to carry a trash bag. The property is super clean and if you have any issues they are more than willing to go above and beyond to help you resolve any issues at a very quick manner. The maintenance guys are incredible and answer whatever questions you have. For my first move here to Texas is been the BEST!!!! And affordable. Thank you team.

Cortland Luxe has been a great place to live! My wife and I moved here over a year ago and have had a great experience at the complex. The staff is super friendly & accommodating and we love living here. There have been instances where rules are not followed by some members of the community, but management seems to be do a good job at following up and stopping these instances from recurring.

I love living at Cortland Luxe Shadow Creek! Everyone who works there is incredibly nice, and any questions I have are answered promptly. The maintenance and office staff go above and beyond to make sure my service requests are met- they even disposed of my cardboard boxes for me after I moved in! The trash valet is convenient and awesome, as are the pool and gym. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a place in Pearland to check out these apartments.

I've live here almost a year now and absolutely love it! My one bedroom is nice with an attached garage. It is quiet and the staff are very professional and timely in getting things done. I especially like it here because it is convenient to the VA Medical Center and the whole medical center district. I don't believe I could have picked a better place! I just recently moved in 8/2019 and I just want to say it has been mind blowing staying here as my new home. It feels like I'm at resort with the huge , huge, huge pool. Simply breathtaking!!!! I stay on the 3rd floor but the complex has elevators. Make life much much easier. The 2 story work out room is with a p0ool view room. It's so much the complex offers. Home sweet home..

I was super impressed with this property. The property looked very well kept and the people working there were all very professional and helpful. The manager, Stephanie, was very friendly when I walked in the office and talked to me while I was waiting to do a tour of the property. Gerardo showed me a couple of different apartments and was very informative and knowledgable about the property. It was definitely one of the best eperiences I've had while looking for a new apartment.

Great property, been living here almost a year and loving every bit of it. Very friendly staff, Nichole Aaron always makes sure all my concerns are taken care of properly from the small things like borrowing stapler to maintenance issues. Friendly neighbors, Pearland police on sight which gives me that extra sense of security. Huge pool, plenty of seating and grills to cook, quiet, just overall great community. Highly recommend.

We just love to live here. Everything is new, clean and very nice. Everybody we have met here are very friendly. Love the pool and the gym! Nichole at the leasing office have been our contact person and she have made everything very easy and has done everything to make us feel at home. This is my first time living in a larger complex like this (l lived in duplexes or small apt bldgs before) and lm loving it. It’s so great having an office with people to go to with issues and they’re always so nice! And helpful! I also love how they make sure everything on the property looks nice and is in working order. If you’re thinking of moving here, it’s a great place to live. ( Ps I love all the extra fun things the office does like free breakfasts and treats for kids - totally unnecessary but I love it!)
