Amazing community, beautiful apartment love this place! Kitchen and bedrooms are huge and bathrooms as well. Spacious Walking closets and the lanai is big and nice for an outdoor living room! I just visited CBL, and on the ride there I thought I was going No where. To my surprise it is a hidden jem. I was greeted by Dominique with a smile. A very nice impression. I love that it is hidden and the lake view is peaceful. The model apartment was spacious enough. I especially liked the kitchen, it has alot of counter space and granite counter tops and a smaller industrial sink. It was my favorite. Now if I can get a Lakeview at CBL I would be in my peaceful nature heaven. Ty

My Boyfriend and I have looked at over 15 apartment complexes. Cortland has been the most professional and communicative. Initially walking into their front office, the space is clean and you’re welcomed with smiles. Every time we have been there, you can see the staff taking care of the community areas and always making sure your needs are met. Alicia has helped us look at different available apartments and helped us get the one we are currently moving into. Any questions we had they were able to answer. Their app for the complex is extremely user friendly and it gives you links for electric, etc. We have called and emailed on multiple occasions, every-time the service has been very helpful and informative. We mostly stayed in contact with Alicia and Dominique. My move in was unique because of the government shutdown. The property did accommodate me with a date change. I wasn’t given a tour of the property. So there’s some amenities I may not know about. The apartment wasn’t thoroughly cleaned I had to have it done. The shower doors should have been replaced or the bases should have been cleaned. There was gunk buildup. There’s paint splatter everywhere ie floor mirror and baseboards from non professional painters. Things like these should be taken care of before someone moves in. These are older buildings I later found out. I should have done more research but due to time constraints I wasn’t able to physically visit the property. For the price at least ceiling fans and lights in the room should have been installed.

I was dragged by a dear friend/coworker to assist in apartment hunting. She didn't know what to expect being her first apartment but I've moved plenty and I just wanted to give this place kudos! I'm happy that it was such a great experience for her- from the moment we walked into the front desk to tour- the application process- even her move in day went seamless. Alicia was friendly and the apartments are spacious and super cute on the inside with the upgrades in the kitchen, and it was super clean! I was impressed with the amenity areas as well, but mostly, Alicia's willingness to explain everything- in detail- to my friend! She was very patient and kind. I'm definitely considering Bermuda Lakes when my current lease is up. They really set the bar high!

Moved here sight unseen for work and it’s been great so far. Any problems I’ve had, the office staff has been happy to resolve and they have done so quickly. The apartment is clean and the neighbors are fairly quiet. My patio is huge, screened in, and quiet; perfect for night time and evening patio sitting or mornings with coffee. All around, with the amenities here and the peaceful neighborhood, I’m content here and so glad I chose Cortland.

I went to tour this complex probably about a month ago.. Dominique was such a pleasure to work with! Very informative and great sense of humor. She told me to make myself feel at home and addressed any concerns I had! We had a conversation in the kitchen and I felt like I had already moved in! We love to cook and the kitchen is great and bigger than most with tons of storage! We love the amount of space in each room and larger balcony. We also appreciate a true laundry room. I have lived here for 3+ years and can always count on Alisha in the office. All of the team is great, but she gets things done on the hour. Jonathan also puts 100% into all he does. He is professional, efficient, and follows through with EVERYTHING! I sing their praises! Also, my carpet got replaced today, and one of the carpet people broke off the door knob, so I couldn’t get into my apartment. Raine from the maintenance team came over quickly to help me get in and fixed the front door knob on the spot. He was very friendly, fast, and efficient!! ¡Gracias Raine por todo tu trabajo! He has always been very friendly while driving around the neighborhood as well.

Since moving here a few months ago I have had nothing but the best interactions with all the maintenance staff, Eduardo and everyone else on staff/the main office are always kind and pleasant to interact with. Any problem that arises is quickly fixed within a few days of putting in a request, and it has very minimal impacts my life.

Alisha has been exceptionally helpful amd thoughtful throughout my time at Bermuda Lake. My apartment is spacious, well-maintained, and has everything I need. I appreciate the Manager Alisha for making it such a smooth process. The maintenance team is always on point and efficient. I had a minor issue and Raine came to fix it quickly and effectively. The amenities, such as pool, gym, and beautiful lake are top notch! The location is also convenient, with nearby access to the highway, lovely restaurants, and for great shopping in the area!!!

I won't lie, this location is not only beautiful, but also has one of the most friendliest staff / maintenance. Especially Raine, he has the friendliest smile, and is always grateful to help. The maintenance team is so dang quick here it amazes me. Cortland knows what it's doing. I also have to say that Alisha is so incredibly nice. You can tell that the people who work here care. There are a few inconsistencies though that I would like to say is important. (Until recently), the community gate wasnt working for a LONG time. But it is now. There is one fountain working (when there should be 2), but it looks fine either way. The alleyways where the valet trash is sometimes leave trash behind (which I am not a fan of), and lastly, I wish there were elevators ahah (but thats a me thing). Overall, I have lived in the community for about 10 months and I have to say, its one of the nicest ones yet. (Edited) Our experience with Cortland Bermuda Lakes ended on a very disappointing note. After moving out, we were told we had to pay nearly $800 to replace the carpets in both bedrooms. The issue is that the carpets were in the exact same condition as when we moved in—no stains, no damage. In fact, one of the bedrooms was never even used, since it was just the two of us living there. When we tried to get a proper explanation or speak with someone who could help, we were constantly passed from one person to another, and never received any clear feedback or justification for the charge. It felt like we were being ignored and taken advantage of. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially from a company that manages so many properties. I would not recommend renting here if you expect to be treated fairly and with respect, especially at move-out. Update: This situation was escalated and they provided us a solution. We didn’t have to pay for the carpets. Thank you Alisha and everyone who worked with us.

Cortland does a good job keeping up with the community areas always functional, beside routine maintenance. Maintenance department is quick and responsive to tickets opened. Community is pretty friendly easy going. We extended our lease another term because they showed to us that they care and they are actively managing the property after the back to back storms they cleaned up pretty good. Raine menendez, maintenance department, very friendly and easy going. Works hard always see him fixing something. Super nice guy works really hard as a whole they do a great guy maintaining the property.

We’ve been here for about 2 years and growing! Amazing community with amenities. Cortland truly cares and provides the best for their residents. I want to personally point out 2 individuals especially; Ms. Alisha in office, she does phenomenal and goes above and beyond to make sure all parties are happy, herself and her team are very communicative and so welcoming, like it’s the first time meeting them at move in, EVERY TIME, we see them in the office. Mr. Anthony in maintenance, any maintenance issues we’ve had, if any, never goes past an unreasonable time. Once a request is in, to when checking the status, it’s already done. I appreciate him and his team for going out of their way to make sure we are always comfortable in our home.

Lived here for a year and a half. I stay to myself mostly but my interactions with the office staff were always pleasant. I didn’t need maintenance often, but when I did they were always quick and courteous and did a good job. I haven’t had issues with noise or crime or anything negative. The grounds are consistently well kept. It’s a good place to live. (I’m moving out just to be closer to work) You can feel confident choosing Cortland Bermuda Lake as your next place to live.

I call Bermuda Lake home. A peaceful community set back in the woods of Brandon. Bermuda Lake is the closest thing to a vacation at a resort. The management and staff are very responsive especially when called upon to address maintenance needs. The grounds are clean and well kept. I mostly enjoy the ducks and birds in the morning as the sun rises. Too bad many residents do not take advantage of that peaceful opportunity. For whatever reason, many residents fail to enjoy and appreciate the outdoors at Bermuda Lake.

Updated: Bermuda Lake staff cares about the communities well being! They recently hosted a market featuring entrepreneurs that live in the community. It was a great networking opportunity as well as a great way to meet my neighbors. Living in this community has been a pleasure. The staff is still amazing and friendly, they work quickly to address any issues and keep the community up to date on any problems. Cortland Bermuda is a great place to live :-) I visited these apartments this weekend and Shay was on duty!! Though she was the only one there, she handled the flow of apartment searchers and residents wonderfully! Once we had a chance to sit with her and go on our tour, she was inviting and knowledgeable which made the beautiful property that much more amazing! Gorgeous views, aqua golf, spacious apartments and great residents. I'm looking forward to stopping by the office for coffee and to say hi to Shay once I'm a resident.

Have lived here for a year and absolutely love my apartment and the amenities. Only issue is the parking lot... there are a lot of cars that have super loud mufflers and they zoom around and gas their cars to go fast and it's dangerous. You've gotta be careful if you walk your dog around as they could hit you but mostly it's a noise annoyance more than anything else. Otherwise, the office folks (specifically Shay and Alisha as I've dealt with them) are amazing. And Alfredo in maintenance is the best. Every morning I walk my dog past the maintenance garage where they gather in the morning prior to the start of the day and it never fails that they say Hi. Very personable maintenance staff. All in all I would recommend Cortland Bermuda Lake as the apartments are beautiful and well maintained and the events they host are lots of fun. In fact, we just had our first Pop Up Shop recently and had I think 13 vendors selling all sorts of stuff. I was one of them! Looking forward to doing more of those and getting more

I’ve lived here for 4 months and absolutely love it here! There’s so much space, it’s clean, updated, and the staff is awesome! This apartment complex is truly a hidden gem! Everyone who comes over always says how nice my place is. I would definitely recommend living here. <3

I wanted to write a 5-star review for Eduardo. I would give him 10 stars if I could! Eduardo is incredibly friendly, hard-working, and helpful. Every time I've had an issue in my apartment, he's been prompt and efficient in fixing it. Not only does he take care of the issue at hand, but he always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is working perfectly and that I am satisfied with the solution. I can't tell you how much I appreciate his dedication to his job and his outstanding customer service. Eduardo is truly an asset to our community. I love everything about cortland Bermuda lake! It’s very peaceful and quiet. The maintenance team is always on point and swift! I haven’t had any issues with bugs because the pest control guy is here every week! But I want to give a huge shout out to Serena and Shay because they have been there for me throughout the entire process always helping with anything I need! Definitely 10/10!!!! Also my patio is huge and so is my room and kitchen and I love how spacious it is for the price!! Not to mention the beautiful pool and gym!!

I can’t rave enough about the girls in the leasing office! They make this community feel like home with warm welcomes, an abundance of community activities including game nights, movie nights, and even Holiday getherings! If you ever have an issue, they are understanding and prompt to help you get it resolved! My pup and I are extremely happy living here and love the sense of community they have created 🤍

Moving is always challenging, but Shay really went above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience and even welcomed us with a doggy bag filled with toys and treats for my pup! I absolutely love my lake view and the ease of getting around without crazy traffic! The kitchen is large and up to date, which is important for me - as I feel the heart of the home is the kitchen. The leasing team does a fabulous job of making you feel heard, welcomed, and appreciated. This is the first place I’ve lived that the team is consistent with community activities, which allows you to meet your neighbors in a fun way! My pup and I truly enjoy living here :)

Things like nice pools, and gyms and common rooms are expected at an apartment complex like this. But what you don’t expect is genuine people, Shay and Serena are not just fantastic at what they do for the apartments, but they show that they genuinely care about the people who live here. I’ve had talks with both of them on a personal level and it’s nice to know that the same people who provide you the space to live, also want to make sure that you’re living good. They control they can control, and they are extremely helpful in any single thing that I’ve ever had to ask of them so I know they’ve done the same for others. Love this place and love them!

The apartment complex is extremely well kept, and reasonable for the price given. Communication between staff and residents is concise and responsive, and any issues will be addressed and solve swiftly. The apartment has a more than spacious kitchen, cabinets, and storage that anyone would love. I highly recommend anyone to check out the apartments and grounds.

This is a good place to live. The upkeep and overall appearance of the community could be better, but honestly it all depends on the residents to pick up after themselves and their dogs. Staff is great! Main reason why we decided to move. Our apartment is great and comfortable. We have experience some issues inside the apartment, but once we reported it - it got taken care of it as soon as possible.

The community at Cortland Bermuda Lake is unmatched and in my opinion is superior to anything else you'll find in the Brandon/Tampa area. Alisha and Shea in the office are nothing short of magnificent! They are always there to greet you by name with genuine smiles and offer authentic friendly service. Speedy and responsive maintenance teams were there to assist in getting us into our new unit on such short notice. You'll love the amenities, the 24hr gym, beautiful spa-like pool experience, and the ease of being able to wash your car close to home. I visited these apartments this weekend and Shay was on duty!! Though she was the only one there, she handled the flow of apartment searchers and residents wonderfully! Once we had a chance to sit with her and go on our tour, she was inviting and knowledgeable which made the beautiful property that much more amazing! Nice community, has a pool, grill in the pool area, has a small 24 hour gym, the community takes pride on there grounds. Office staff is so friendly, they have food trucks once a week on property, they do yoga classes and have wine tasting. Pet friendly also do pet contest. Rent is affordable for the area. They have 2 - 3 bedrooms

Mostly quiet and clean. Our new upstairs neighbor is super loud though. Office staff is amazing, if we have a problem they are on it immediately. They are always smiling and friendly, It would be better if people actually watched their kids at the pool, instead of drinking and using foul language in the corner.

Bermuda Lake is a quiet community with a lovely, clean, resort-style pool and super fast maintenance request responses. Parking is never difficult to find near my building. It’s a great place to call home!

Great experience and beautiful apartments! The gate hasn't worked in almost 2 years, but a pretty quiet and beautiful place to live. I love the gym,pool, and the lake. The views make it worth it most of the time. I also love the vaulted ceilings so I feel like my home is bigger than it really is

Honestly it was a great two years living here, I really enjoyed the experience the apartment is really nice and spacious and beautiful. The community is great,if you can afford it. I think after my few years of living here, it has become more expensive to live and not quite worth it unless you have the income. As far as the team goes, they're okay on communication, I wouldn't say the greatest. There have been emails before that have gone unread they will do their best to help you out but at the end of the day it's a business so, don't really expect much but they are very friendly Edit: I have spoken with the team. They have very concerned and very accommodating of my concerns and even after my previous review listed here. They were still willing to me. I know it's had its up and downs but there is still a wonderful management team in there, who are willing to do the job. Plus after I moved out they helped me save a family photo

I toured these apartments this last week with Shay, and the complex was beautiful. The pool was breathtaking! And I appreciated all of the other onsite amenities. The units were a little smaller than what I’m looking for but they include every essential that you need. I have a few more complexes to tour but this is definitely in my top 2 so far, Shay is what really sold it for me though! I’ll update if I decide to lease and move in but so far the experience is good.

Cortland at Bermuda Lake is an extraordinary place to live. The top-notch amenities include a beautiful pool surrounded by sun loungers and a stone gas grill are a perfect place to host parties or just enjoy the day with the family. The gym has a vast variety of equipment to use and is always clean. There's also a lakeside driving range, a children's playground, a car wash and a pet bathing station just to mention a few more. Not to mention the beautiful lake and it's wildlife that include some pretty amazing birds such as a pelican! While all of these things are amazing the selling point to me was the staff here. Alicia Price who is the Resident Experience Manager here made this community feel like home before I even stepped foot on the property. I knew from my first phone call with Alicia this was the place for me and my family. She welcomed us and has been with us every step of the way. Alicia is attentive and efficient. Extremely professional as well as warm-hearted and welcoming. The community is blessed

We have been living in Cortland Bermuda Lake for going on a 3rd lease, and we love it. The staff is great, but by far Alisha is the best!! She always goes above and beyond, and really makes you feel like you are being heard when you go to her with a problem. Every time I go to her with something, she's happy & ready to help. They couldn't have hired a better employee! We love the little lake behind the buildings, and the fact that it makes I-75 in the background a lot quieter. We would 100% recommend moving in here.

Pleasant outdoor spaces. Good location. Friendly staff. Valet trash needs to be improved. I like the pool and the lake. I often take walks around the lake. The cortland app is good and makes it convenient to pay rent and submit maintenance requests.

I just moved to Cortland, and my experience has been great so far. The front office is friendly, energetic, and eager to help with any issues you have. The maintenance team is phenomenal. My only gripe is that I wish they focused more on cleaning hallway ceilings and stairwells—there are many bugs and spiderwebs in my building. Dedicated parking would've been a bonus, but it's all good.

Love living here, the gym and pool is the best part. My family from NYC visit all the time and never want to go back north. The apartments is huge and modern. Would defiantly recommend people to live here!

I am extremely happy I have made this apartment community my home. The staff is always a delight to talk to, they are always professional, polite, and caring to any of your concerns. The tranquility of this apartment community is so relaxing, very quiet, and there are so many activities you can enjoy. If you like nature and a place where you can come home after a stressful day at work to just enjoy the beautiful surroundings then just come here trust me you would never regret it .

I’ve lived here for almost 3 months and so far the community has been great. Everyone at the office is so sweet and helpful. Maintenance has been speedy and I can barley tell when they come. Any concerns that I have brought to the team have been dealt with in a professional manner with higher than expected outcomes. I’m in a 3 bed den and for the price is very affordable. The residents seem to be pretty friendly too so that’s a plus!

I have been living at Cortland Bermuda Lake for one year and I love it here. The staff is amazing, especially Alicia and Richard. They are always helpful, professional and friendly. Alicia answers all my questions about the community and Richard fixes any issues I have with my apartment quickly and correctly. The apartments are spacious, modern and comfortable. The amenities are great too, such as the pool, fitness center and dog park. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a lakeside living experience in Brandon

Living here 3.5 years. Beautiful apartments! Will continue to renew lease until we buy a house. Nice floor plans. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Gorgeous kitchen with plenty of cabinet space. Nice office staff that work with you. Incredible 24/7 gym. Gorgeous pool for the summer or lounging area in the off season. Would definitely recommend!

All want to say is this was a great place to call home in the past year! I had a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment that I shared with my brother while I was staying here. After my brother left I would have loved to stay here and move into one of their one bedroom apartments if my budget would have let me but I couldn't. The staff here are great, from The maintenance workers all the way to the office workers. They've been nothing but very helpful and professional with any help that I needed. I want to make a special thank you to Alisha Price who is a wonderful person that helped me a lot while I was living there and helped me out towards the end of my lease when I was stuck trying to look for a new home. I wouldn't mind coming back here to call this place home in the future if things change for me budget wise 😂. But all in all great place to live in, thank you guys for having me as part of your community and take care!!

Me and my fiancé have just moved here and have been staying about a month but we love the apartment. The office employees have been great and we had filed a maintenance request when we got here and they fixed it the same day we put in the request! It has been a smooth sailing experience from our virtual tour to settling in Cortland. We have inquired over a hundred diff apartments, but Cortland really stood out in ease of inquiry and accommodating our questions. PROS: -The apartment is well-maintained, no issues yet with my apartment in terms of appliances/plumbing/etc -Exactly as advertised. Transparent fees too. They tell you everything you need to pay upfront. -Facilities are clean, well-maintained -Overall community feels safe -Relatively quiet, we are at the 1st floor, barely no noise from upstairs or neighbors beside us. IMPROVEMENTS -the hallways could use a little maintenance. Some stray cats are littering or the stench can be overwhelming -Garbage disposal could use more maintenance but what can you expect from Garbage disposals anyway Overall, quite satisfied and happy with our choice with Cortland! Special thanks to Shay & Alisha, our leasing agents!

Just recently moved in about a month or so ago, had few minor issues that could’ve happened to anyone; but the maintenance has been great. Put in my service requests in about midday, and within an hour or two they were already being reviewed. Richard C was great ! Within 24 hours was out to my apartment to address the problem (non emergency) and was able to assess. Even caught me out in the parking lot walking my dog (who loved seeing him) the day before he was coming back to let me know. Coming from a place with poor maintenance this has been awesome so far, so thank you Richard ! There was another gentleman who also was a great help as well too, however I didn’t catch his name. But was out in the same day and everything taken care of and good company, was on a Sunday so was even better to see such quick response ! 0 complaints about this property so far !

I was very impressed with the way i was treated by all of the staff in the leasing office. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone who wants to feel special. Love the apartments and i felt very welcomed when i entered my new home. There was a display made up from staff with greetings to my family and even a few drinks and gifts and a hand written letter. I can honestly say that since I have been living here I have enjoyed my stay. The only issue I have is the gate being down and not working. The reason for that is due to people not understanding how to properly drive through a gate. The maintenance crew especially Barry and Richard are amazing and go above and beyond to ensure the upmost customer service is provided. Everyone experience is different but I enjoy my Cortland community.

Relocated to the Tampa Bay from the Washington, DC area. This property is everything I didn’t know I needed. Kind and attentive staff, amazing amenities and a beautiful location. The apartments have large common areas and the kitchen is the best I’ve ever had in an apartment. I love it here 💕

I have been here for about 5 months, and base on my apartment's location it has been quiet and view of the lake behind is excellent. I make use of the gym and pool occasionally. The lease office has been very cooperative in helping me to address copying and printing needs. There has been occasional issues with plumbing and washing machines but these were addressed within excellent time frames. Where I am located I really do not have much noise issues.

It has been a pleasurable experience living in this community the apartments are spacious and are located in a convenient area. You not only have wonderful neighbors that become friends , the maintenance staff are very helpful. Maintenance Technician Barry has a professional approach and is exceptional when performing general maintenance task. He has repaired electrical and plumbing items within my unit always ensuring proper functioning of my systems as well as having a positive attitude while explaining what was done. I bet he makes a strong addition to your team.You can’t go wrong moving in to This community.

The reason for 5 stars, is for the outstanding maintenance services provided by Barry. When Jesse left, Barry stepped up and excited expectations and filled that void. It will be nice to see this hard working man to be a manager one day in the near future. Unlike pervious manager that just ride around all day on a golf cart pretending to doing work. Barry and always get the job and services done in a quick and timely manner. I cannot forget about Richard P, Who came on not to long ago. Richard P is also a hard working guy. Whenever I have an issue, these are the only 2 men I trust is these 2 to get the job done right

This is a gated community, but the gate is always broken. If you're looking for a safe place, look around. The front desk staff is good, but maintenance takes weeks to get to you. We will definitely be moving when our lease expires.

I love living at Cortland Bermuda! My apartment is very spacious and updated. The amenities such as the pool, clubhouse and gym are gorgeous. It’s a quiet place to live situated back behind residential neighborhoods on a beautiful lake. The wildlife here is amazing and they offer food trucks regularly!

I love, love, love my apartment!! I call them the over sized apartment. The kitchens are huge, the bathrooms everything. The sub way tile and lighting under the cabinets are beautiful. The property is serine with the best sunsets ever!! Staff always waves and says hi...feels so comfy here.

I relocated from MI the end of April and had a few concerns upon my arrival. Before I arrived, an unexpected event occurred that would’ve pushed my move in date out by a month. Alisha worked her magic and was able to accommodate me to keep my original move in date. She also immediately corrected some discrepancies with the apartment after our initial walkthrough. Some other concerns I had and reported to the website were immediately addressed and alleviated by the community manager Corey. I could tell that she genuinely cared about my happiness and comfort while living here. She went above and beyond and has hands down been the best community manager I have ever experienced. She even had the repairs completed within one week after informing me that the maintenance team was understaffed. She sent maintenance from Kissimmee Cortland Reunion property and Juan was so professional, fast and efficient. He even explained the why’s as to what he repaired and what didn’t need repairing. Upon arrival, the Cortland Bermuda Lake staff exuded a welcoming atmosphere. The staff members were knowledgeable and made it their personal goal to intimately understand my needs/wants. At no point did I feel pressured, rather, I felt the staff informed me of my options and looked to assist in any way. As for the apartment itself, I was happy to find the appliances were new and complimented the modern yet "homie feeling of the apartment. The apartment amenities, such as: pool, workout facility, center grounds were icing on the cake. Additionally, as parking can sometimes be an issue in apartment complexes, I have yet to find this be an issue with Cortland Bermuda Lake. All in all, I highly recommend Cortland Bermuda Lake Apartments.

Wow, where do I begin with this community? The resident events are amazing and interactive, the apartment itself is so tastefully upgraded and has all the bells and whistles that a fully upgraded home would have. The office staff is always attentive and eager to help and satisfy the needs of their residents, they definitely love what they do and it shows! Obviously living in an apartment can have its challenges but every time we have had an issue the staff has addressed our concerns quickly especially Alicia in the front office and Jesse in maintenance. The apartments are beautiful and the property is very dog friendly which is a huge plus for us.

Cortland Bermuda Lake is a wonderful place to live! The leasing office is wonderful and the maintenance crew go out of their way to help residents. I ended up dropping my keys and it bounced right into the sewer grate. Within 10 minutes, Jesse went out there with his rain boots and jumped right in and retrieved it for me! I am so grateful. I love living here, everything is made incredibly easy and very fast service. Not only is the property and interior beautiful but the inside management is as well ❤️

My wife and I have lived here for two plus years. The staff including Alisha and Corey are helpful and attentive. When we were looking to move to upgrade to a three bedroom they helped us find a new place for a great price. The maintenance staff takes care of any issues quickly. The gym is clean and has everything you need. The pool is amazing (not opened at the moment cause of COVID) with a great view of the lake. The clubhouse has free coffee and WiFi. The location is also a plus as it’s tucked away off a main road. All in all we love it and highly recommend!

Cortland Bermuda Lake is where you want to be! The property is tranquil beautiful with amazing views and you feel like you are away from it all but just quick drive to be back into the mix of things. THE STAFF IS AWESOME. I cant say enough kind things about them.
