Pet Policy

1001 South State proudly welcomes pets. All pets require a one-time non-refundable fee of $500 for dogs and $300 for cats. There is also a $20 per month dog rent fee & a $10 per month cat rent fee. All fees are per animal. A maximum of two animals are allowed per apartment. Breed restrictions apply. Please contact the Leasing Office for complete details.
